NEW RESIDENTS and business owners must call The City Clerk's Office prior to moving in to set up an account. Utilities provided by the City of Janesville includes Water, Sewer, Garbage and Recycling. Other utility services are up to each home owner or landlord.  If a resident moves, contact the City Clerk's office to terminate your account.

UTILITY BILLS are sent on or about the 15th of each month and are due by the 5th of the following month. Payments can be dropped off at the drop box on the South Side of City Hall. Payable by cash or checks. No credit card or on-line payments accepted.  An autopayment option is available.  The form is available as listed above.
